All orders are shipped Express Post through Australia Post and can be tracked on www.auspost.com.au. If you are not home to collect your order, a card will be left for collection of your parcel at the nearest post office.
You will receive an email from us to confirm your order has been sent and this will include the tracking information
Can I pick up an order?
Yes pickup times are available on Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays 11am-5pm (please call to arrange)
What is the estimated delivery time on my merchandise?
All orders are sent Express Post and delivery is usually within 1-2 business days although some remote/regional locations may take longer.
The above time is an estimate only. We cannot take any responsibility for parcel delivery once dispatched as we rely on Australia Post to deliver them as promptly as stated.
Please do not wait weeks after receiving a dispatch confirmation to contact us if your parcel has not arrived. The sooner we are made aware, the easier it will be to locate and the sooner your parcel will be at your door. If you are worried that your parcel has not arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to sign for the delivery?
All parcels sent by Miracle Me do require a signature to confirm you have received your delivery. This ensures we are able to track your parcel should an issue arise.
Australia Post generally delivers parcels during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest you to provide a work address as the delivery address.
When will my parcel be sent?
Orders placed Monday through to Friday, will be dispatched the following day if all items are in stock. Orders made on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
